Take the worry out of who will take care of you upon discharge from the hospital. Let the professionally trained caregivers from Touching Hearts Senior Care assist you in getting home, and getting comfortably and confidently settled in.
Welcome Home Services Include:
- 4 or 8 hours of exceptional care
- Transportation home (if requested)
- Light Housekeeping
- Change Linens
- Light Laundry
- Tidy Kitchen and Bath
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
Our Welcome Home Services will assist you with non-medical transportation from the hospital, day-stay surgery or doctor visits. We then work hard to make sure you are comfortable, cared for and safe.
Our service is available for 4 or 8 hour assignments. Our caregivers are also available for the additional services after that time. Let us help you enhance the quality of your life by assisting with the things that aren't as easy as they used to be!
