Gina Germany | Gina Germany, President of Touching Hearts Senior Care, began her senior care business in August of 2007. After many years of working in the non-profit arena and raising funds for charity, she happened across an agency that assisted seniors with chores and activities of daily living. This particular agency had been developed in the late 1980's when senior care was not very popular. After much research, Ms. Germany created Touching Hearts Senior Care and became a Certified Senior Advisor through the Society of Senior Advisors. Ms. Germany possesses two degrees from Rogers State University in Claremore, OK. Ms. Germany has combined her experience working with seniors, and education to hire over 65 caregivers. All caregivers at Touching Hearts have been thoroughly screened and hand-picked by Ms. Germany and her outstanding qualified staff. "Our caregivers do this because they love their jobs," says Ms. Germany, "this is the best job in the world, and I believe it is my calling. Our Lord has blessed me with the education, and experience to assist our senior population with increasing their quality of life." Touching Hearts Senior Care is a Christian organization and upholds Christian values and morals. |

Cesny Soffronoff has been with Touching Hearts Senior Care since March of 2010. She began as Office Coordinator and is now the Associate Director of Administration. Ms. Soffronoff is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Services with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Geneva College. She came to Mobile in 2007 to pursue graduate studies at the University of South Alabama. In 2009, Ms. Soffronoff received her Master's in Public Administration. She is actively involved in her church, teaching an elementary girl's group and singing for the worship team. |

Christine Dailey | Christine Dailey is Touching Hearts Senior Care’s Bookkeeper. Her tasks include invoicing clients, recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, updating the check registry, profit-and-loss statement, and balance sheet in QuickBooks . She started out as an Intern at Touching Hearts Senior Care before graduating from Capps College (now Fortis College) with an Associates Degree in Occupational Science and as a Medical Office Specialist, and has been with Touching Hearts for 3 years. She enjoys reading, playing with her cat Bella, and watching Law & Order. |

Ms. Anna Bockhorn is our Office Coordinator. She came to us from Virginia, where she worked for the city of Virginia Beach at the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center. Anna attended the University of Alaska Anchorage where she majored in Human Services. Being a native of Colorado, Anna grew up enjoying nature, and continues that love through her artwork. Her interests include travel, hiking, biking, reading, viewing wildlife and spending time with family. |
